Under The Influence

Allister is the founder and CEO of Under the Influence, which operates in 25 African countries, and distributes premium wines and educational programs. He also founded a sister company to Under the Influence, called Beverageintelligence, which builds enabling education and drinks management software for hospitality, retail and importer channels on the continent. Under the Influence works with the leading hospitality brands in Africa and has provided over 35,000 bursaries for its Beverageintelligence courses. Raised on his family’s boutique Elgin Valley wine estate, Belfield, Allister’s deep roots in the vineyards and extensive family adventures into Africa laid the foundation for this journey.
